With his deer-in-the-headlights stare and “How can I help you?” attitude, maintenance man Carl is probably the most naive employee at the Greens & Grains. Although he still wrestles with being the one to find Leslie’s father dead in the bread aisle, Carl always seems to resolve his conflicts with a calm attitude, while keeping most of the Greens & Grains in working order.
